Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and country specific regulatory procedures in co-ordination with the regulatory team and monitor all financial processes and transactions and manage all communication. Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation methods Keep track of invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process. Ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry and the specific country of destination. Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the respective managements Coordinate with management and plan participation in all trade shows. Monitor all existing and prospective markets and assist to identify appropriate business. Prepare effective business plan for all projects to achieve required product volume and profit Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues for processes and manage sales shipments of all export products and requirements..
